Born in 1952, artist Alan St. George: "I grew up with Elvis playing on the radio, and I am still uplifted and inspired by his music. This gospel song in particular, 'I Believe' connects me to feelings of faith, hope, reverence, and awe. That is what I tried to convey in this sculpture."
