If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days of receipt for exchange (if available) or a refund of the purchase price (less shipping). Return the item in the original packing materials with a copy of the packing slip or invoice. The entire item, in its original condition, must be returned in order for us to exchange it or issue a refund. We do not pay for shipping in either direction, so please do not send 'freight collect.'
If requesting an exchange, any difference in price will either be credited or charged to your credit card or PayPal.

Ship the package back via the Carrier of your choice. Insure the package in case of loss or damage during its return shipment.
Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund or replacement. Credits will be applied and/or replacements shipped as soon as your return is processed. Please note, credits may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.
