Titanic Memorial

"The final resting place for my late wife and myself is in a room which memorializes the RMS Titanic."  - A. St. George

Titanic memorial features a pair of full-sized bronze cherubs from the fore and aft Grand Staircase, flanking the cremation urn of Adrianne and Alan St. George.

The bronze cremation urn is flanked by a pair of full-sized bronze Titanic cherub lamps
(both the fore and aft Grand Staircase)

The urn is decorated with porcelain gardenias, (Mrs. St George's favorite flower) and oak leaves with acorns, (Mr. St. George's favorite tree) and malachite, a Russian stone with spiritual properties said to "remove all negativity from a space."

The mural on the niche is entitled "Heaven's Door," and was painted by Alan St. George during the COVID 19 spring lockdown of 2020

Their portraits and motto: "Semper Nos"  decorate the front of the urn.
"Semper Nos" conveys the idea that marriage goes beyond life.

This ensemble is located in the Memorial Hall  which adjoins the east end
